SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days before they are shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may be longer during specific collection launches, holidays, or peak seasons. Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address or shipping method.

PRE-ORDERS

  • PLEASE ALLOW 6-12 WEEKS FOR SHIPMENT OF PRE-ORDERED ITEMS.
  • NON-REFUNDABLE 

AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS

- We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method selected after checkout.

- Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email address provided on your order.

- Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it has left our warehouse.

U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

- 80EIGHT offers free standard ground shipping for orders that say "free shipping" or over $80 within the contiguous United States. Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days after leaving our distribution center in Minneapolis.

- For all other purchases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package.

- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be automatically upgraded to air delivery at checkout.

- We cannot combine separate orders into a single shipment.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

- International shipping rates vary. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the estimated weight of your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT TAX & DUTIES

- For all international orders (outside the USA), the total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. We guarantee there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

- International shipping is shipped via express courier (air) free of charge at checkout. Shipping methods cannot be changed. Please allow 4-5 business days for international orders to be processed.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO SENDER / ABANDONED PACKAGES

- If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, it will be returned to the sender (80EIGHT) at the customer’s expense.

- If the recipient is absent during all delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local courier center for pickup. If not picked up within the designated time frame, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

- For international customers, if you refuse to accept your package, it will be returned to 80EIGHT at your expense. This includes shipping costs, duties, and taxes, which will be deducted from your refund.

- Packages will be held at customs for 30 days before being deemed abandoned. Customers who abandon packages will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund.

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

- If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents. Submit a claim with the courier used to ship your order, and contact us at 80eightbrand@gmail.com
